We all deserve and need rest (even parents!). That’s where I come in; as a trained and certified child sleep consultant, we’ll work together to improve your child’s sleep by building their independent sleep skills in a supportive & caring environment.

There’s a path to less exhaustion and more rest and I’m here to guide the way.

A good night’s sleep helps us show up for our kids, have patience for their evolving needs and wear our many hats with less stress & more ease. Your sleep is important, and key to restoring sleep for you and your family is teaching independent sleep skills through sleep training.
